In search of a speaker???
I am an autistic psychometrician, adult educator, and published author who helps organizations build fair learning and assessment systems. I hold a PhD in Education, a master’s in Human Resource and Organization Development, and a master’s in Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment. I bring 30+ years of teaching experience across workplace learning and higher education, with a track record of turning complex methods into tools people can use. My advocacy is neurodiversity affirming and grounded in justice, Socratic dialogue, and lived experience.
