✨ Life Update ✨

Back in April, my wife and I bought our forever home. We’ve put our hearts (and plenty of sweat equity) into making it ours and it’s a place we truly love.

What I didn’t expect was that this move would mean having to make a hard choice: keep our new home or keep my role at Kryterion. After lots of reflection, my wife and I decided to plant roots here, which means I’ll soon be stepping away from a job and a team I’ve really enjoyed.

I can’t say enough good things about Kryterion. The people, the projects, and the mission have all been inspiring, and I’m leaving with nothing but gratitude for the experience.

Now, I’m looking ahead and opening the door to new opportunities in psychometrics, certification, and learning strategy. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve had the chance to work with amazing global organizations (Apple, Salesforce, Atlassian, eBay, and more) to design exams and programs that are fair, defensible, and innovative, often using AI to push what’s possible.

I am particularly interested in adjunct online teaching opportunities: undergraduate to postgraduate courses in adult education, research design, organization development, exam development, psychometric, and some statistics courses.
